1. 個人情報について
個人情報とは，個人を特定したり連絡したりするための情報です．
1.1. 収集する個人情報
・メールでの連絡の場合：メールアドレスを含む，メールに含まれる情報
・Webでの連絡の場合：IPアドレス，およびWebフォームに入力した情報
1.2. 個人情報の利用方法
お問い合わせの回答のためにのみ利用します．
1.3. 第三者への開示について
法的・公的な要請などの例外を除き，明示的な合意なく，個人情報を第三者へ共有しません．
2. 非個人情報について
非個人情報とは，特定の個人と紐づかない情報です．
2.1. 取集する非個人情報
本アプリは直接的に情報を収集しませんが，OSの機能により個人を特定しない形でアプリをどのように利用されているかや，クラッシュデータを間接的に収集します．これらはOSの設定により共有を停止することができます．
2.2. 非個人情報の利用方法
提供するアプリの改善のためのみに用います．
3. その他
3.1. 個人情報の削除
問い合わせの際，もしくはお問い合わせ後，削除の希望をお伝えいただきましたら，できるだけ速やかに個人情報を削除します．
3.2. こどもへの対応
所轄区域の所定年齢以下のお子様は，直接問い合わせしないようにお願いいたします．万が一，お子様が個人情報を共有したと認識した場合，できるだけ速やかに個人情報を削除します．

We will only use it for improvement of the application.
3. Others
3.1. Deleting personal information
When inquiring or after inquiry, we will delete personal information as soon as possible after you inform us to delete.
3.2. Children
Children should not contact us directly. If we recognized that child has shared personal information, we will delete it as soon as possible.
